Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership:
  • Drive the overall creative vision across digital, print, and video campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpointsinternal and external.
  • Team Building & Management:
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of creatives—designers, writers, editors, and producers.
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven culture that values creativity and accountability.
  • Execution & Oversight:
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from ideation to execution.
  • Manage workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure timely and high-quality output.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to translate business goals into impactful creative solutions.
  • Present creative strategies and campaign concepts confidently to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skill Set

  • Proven experience with visual storytelling, branding, and campaign development.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases multi-platform work—print, digital, motion, and video.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and basic video tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business strategy.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Experience Required

  • 7+ years in creative roles, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or lead-level capacity.
  • Prior experience working with or managing cross-functional creative teams.
  • Experience in healthcare, social impact, or consumer-facing brands is an advantage
