Job Title: Banking & Remittance Manager

Location: Santacruz & Bandra, Mumbai

Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years – Maximum 6 years

Preferred Candidates: Residing on the Western Line

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliation.
  • Manage and monitor domestic and international remittance transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with banking and financial regulations (RBI/ FEMA guidelines).
  • Maintain strong coordination with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.
  • Resolve customer/vendor queries related to banking and remittance activities.
  • Monitor transaction risks, fraud prevention, and ensure secure fund transfers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–6 years of experience in banking operations, remittances, or financial services.
  • Good knowledge of remittance procedures, NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, SWIFT transfers, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
