Job Description We are seeking a Digital Product Manager Remittances to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with Exchange Houses, AD2s, Fintechs, and Cross-Border Payment Providers. This role will focus on handling cross-border product applications, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading new product development, and maximizing monetization opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Product Development: - Develop and implement solutions by integrating partner platforms with internal systems. - Build business cases, collaborate with technology teams, and oversee the development of remittance applications. - Train clients and internal stakeholders on product functionalities and updates. - Track business performance and create marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders. Risk & Compliance Management: - Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory frameworks while executing transactions. - Conduct regular audits to maintain high documentation and compliance standards. - Act as a liaison between product, operations, risk management, and relationship teams to ensure regulatory compliance. - Vet agreements in alignment with legal and compliance guidelines. Internal & External Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with BDTS, Operations, Risk Management, Legal Risk Management, and the Product Team. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and vendors to drive business success.
