As our
Social Media Manager Intern
, you'll lead Tailor Bee's presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms. You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and ensuring that all our content matches our brand vibe. You'll coordinate with the content creator, designer, copywriter, and analytics intern to keep our campaigns running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain a
    monthly content calendar
    for all social channels
  • Coordinate with the creative team for reels, posts, and stories
  • Keep up with
    trends
    and find ways to adapt them to our brand
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently
  • Reply to comments, DMs, and engage with our audience in brand voice
  • Track basic metrics (likes, reach, engagement rate) and share updates with the team lead (you'll work closely with the founder here)
  • Assist in
    campaign planning
    for special events, product launches, and collaborations

Skills You'll Need

  • Good understanding of
    Instagram trends, hashtags, and reels
  • Basic experience with Canva or other design tools (Photoshop is a plus)
  • Good communication & leadership skills to coordinate with a team
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Creative thinking & willingness to experiment
  • Bonus: Experience in managing any personal/club social media pages

Duration & Commitment

  • Duration:
    2–3 months (extendable)
  • Commitment:
    5–8 hrs/week, flexible timings, occasional weekend work for events
  • Location:
    Hybrid – mostly online, with some offline coordination in Kochi
