Sales- Director

- Proven experience (10+ years) in semiconductor sales, preferably in analog ICs, LED
drivers, or power management.
- Strong network in lighting, automotive, or industrial electronics sectors.
- Technical background (B.E./B.Tech in Electronics or related field); MBA preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Familiarity with DLI scheme and Make in India initiatives is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for LED Driver (DOB) silicon and other
semiconductor products.
- Identify high-growth markets and build scalable go-to-market plans.
• Business Development:
- Forge relationships with OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and system integrators.
- Drive design wins and long-term supply agreements.
