Job Details
Divisional Head for a leading Consumer Brand in Bangalore. A Divisional Manager (DM) in a divisional structure plays a critical role in driving both strategic and operational performance within their geographic or business area. The Divisional Manager is responsible for driving the business performance of the location, ensuring revenue growth, market share expansion, profitability, and operational excellence. The role involves leading a location team of Sales & Support function, aligning locational objectives with organizational goals, and ensuring effective execution across functions within the location.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Experience 17 years.
