Overview:

KAAR Infotech is on the lookout for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our innovative team. This role demands a professional with a robust background in managing and delivering development projects within the Microsoft technology stack. The successful candidate will be adept at problem-solving, driving teams towards efficient project completion, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in delivering development projects across Microsoft stack
  • Ability to resolve problems and drive teams towards faster and smoother project delivery
  • Ensure project delivery and milestones are met as per schedule
  • Ability to identify interdependencies and ambiguities within project teams timely and facilitate effective project delivery
  • Timely reporting of project progress to Delivery Manager
  • Ability to proactively identify and highlight project risks and derive measures for risk mitigation.
  • Be able to adapt to changes in technologies
  • Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders

Technical Skills:

  • 6-12 years of technology expertise with at least 4 years experience as technical project manager leading multiple projects
  • Hands on experience developing applications in Microsoft technologies especially .NET and Azure
  • Development experience of C#, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core
  • Should be able to demonstrate depth in Azure IaaS and PaaS
  • Thorough knowledge of PowerShell, Azure Networking
  • Customer facing experience with excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
