Job Description

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and professional female candidate with excellent communication and client-engagement skills. The primary responsibility of this role is client interaction and relationship management, along with day-to-day office and executive support functions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Coordination (Primary Role)

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Represent the organization professionally in person, via call, and email.
  • Manage client queries, share updates, and ensure seamless experience.

Office & Administrative Management

  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, documentation, and records.
  • Handle emails, calls, couriers, vendors, and facility arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and trackers.

Executive & Business Support

  • Assist the Founder with scheduling, meeting coordination, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare letters, reports, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Create invoices, track expenses, and support basic accounting including Goods & Services Tax.

Operational & Project Support

  • Support ongoing work orders and projects through tracking, documentation, and staff coordination.

Office HR & Compliance

  • Manage travel bookings, attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and administrative procedures.

Technology & Online Support

  • Support social media management, online classes, and basic digital tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
