**Job Summary**:
The Client Relation Executive will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships by understanding client needs and expectations.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow up on client interactions to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM or relevant systems.
- Support account managers in renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling activities where applicable.
- Prepare client reports, feedback summaries, and performance dashboards as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
