We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
- It's an Individual Contributor role and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation tools and technologies.
- Communicate, monitor, track and report testing progress to the stakeholders and ensure risks, actions and issues identified and effectively managed.
- QA project and testing outputs, ensuring they have been reviewed and signed off by the appropriate groups prior to test execution.
- Ensure well structured, fully documented, executable test scripts and conditions.
- Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
- Managing stakeholder communications and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
- Ensure Audit systems comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Support Internal Audits by providing system-related documentation and data.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 8+ years of strong experience in application functional testing using automation skills and Production support.
- Experience in QA management and delivering complex technology solutions with Selenium and Cucumber for UI automation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, or similar.
- Proficiency in writing and executing test plan, dependencies, test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Understanding of Audit system workflow.
- Strong understanding of production support processes and ITIL frameworks.
- Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Monitor production systems and respond to incidents promptly to minimize downtime.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with agile development teams to identify and fix recurring issues.
- Support application releases and deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to production systems.
