Job Title: Test Automation Consultant

Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation Consultant with 46 years of experience in enterprise application testing. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in SAP testing (including S/4 HANA) using test management tools such as SAP Cloud ALM or similar and test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, UiPath Test Cloud or similar. We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of QA methodologies such as ISTQB and the test lifecycle. As an automation engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of complex business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca or similar tools for SAP applications.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts for SAP modules including S/4 HANA, Fiori, and ECC.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Perform test data management, test execution, and defect tracking.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for SAP upgrades and patch releases.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior QA team members.
  • Document test strategies, plans, and results for stakeholder reporting

Required Skill & Experience:

Strong background in automation testing with hands-on experience in at least one of the following tools:

  • Tricentis Tosca
  • UiPath Test Cloud
  • WorkSoft Certify

Experience with at least one test management platform such as:

  • OpenText ALM
  • SAP Cloud ALM
  • SAP Solution Manager 7.2
  • Xray Or similar
  • Proactive mindset with strong communication skills in client-facing roles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in automated testing
  • Exposure to functional testing in SAP

    Fluency in English is mandatory, additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Dutch ...) are a plus.
