Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment services, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR heads, and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of services
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to promote the agency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or HR services
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B sales or corporate client acquisition
- Knowledge of different industry verticals and hiring trends
- Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms
