We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will own and execute the company's SEO strategy, lead a team of specialists, and drive initiatives that enhance our online visibility and search rankings. The ideal candidate brings advanced technical SEO expertise, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the SEO team to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market studies to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Perform regular SEO audits, monitor website health, and ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SEO issues including crawl errors, indexing problems, and site performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
