About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic SEO Expert
to join our digital marketing division. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the company's SEO strategy, lead a team of specialists, and drive initiatives that strengthen our online visibility and search engine rankings. This position requires advanced technical SEO expertise, proven leadership ability, and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and link builders.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Perform regular SEO audits, track site health, and ensure compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines.
  • Monitor performance and prepare detailed reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
  • Stay informed on algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SEO-related issues including crawl errors, indexing challenges, and site speed optimization.
  • Collaborate with PPC, social media, and content teams to ensure alignment of broader digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and basic website development concepts.
