Digital Marketing Executive / Trainee / LinkedIn Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Trainee / LinkedIn Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our LinkedIn presence, generating leads, and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Optimize and manage company and personal LinkedIn profiles to maintain a strong professional brand presence.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, articles, and updates.
  • Expand the LinkedIn network and actively engage with industry professionals to build authority.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor LinkedIn Ads campaigns, analyzing performance for continuous improvement.
  • Generate and nurture B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach and networking.
  • Stay updated with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics, preparing reports and actionable insights.
  • Support other digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Key Requirements:
  • Preferred: MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing, with hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, and B2B lead generation techniques.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • For Trainee Position: Freshers passionate about digital marketing are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Digital Marketing / LinkedIn Marketing is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
