Job Title: Digital Marketing Lead / Digital Marketer

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Professional drive campaign performance, and ensure top-notch client servicing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in digital platforms, performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, and team leadership.

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives on data-driven decisions, excels in client communication, and stays ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality output and adherence to deadlines.

Develop, present, and pitch compelling digital marketing proposals and campaign strategies to clients.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, reports, and proactive communication.
  • Guide the team in executing high-performing paid campaigns on:
  • Google Ads
  • Facebook & Instagram Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Oversee and spearhead

SEO efforts:

  • On-page optimization
  • Keyword research
  • Link building
  • Technical SEO audits
  • Create and implement social media strategies to boost organic growth on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

Ensure proper implementation of conversion tracking, A/B testing, and performance analytics using:

  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Search Console
  • Share detailed campaign performance reports, ROI analysis, and actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
  • Consistently monitor and improve Cost per Click (CPC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and lead generation metrics.
  • Encourage continuous learning by staying updated on trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and use of project management/workflow tools for documentation and tracking.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
  • Experience in performance marketing and data-driven strategy execution.
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is an advantage.
