Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead Generation Expert in the B2B service sector, with deep expertise in digital marketing automation, prospecting, and data intelligence. The ideal candidate should be able to design, execute, and optimize AI-driven lead funnels that convert across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AI-powered lead generation strategies for B2B markets.
- Utilize CRM and automation tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist, etc.) for targeted outreach.
- Manage LinkedIn, Email, and Omni-channel marketing campaigns using AI-enhanced workflows.
- Build custom lead scoring models and track engagement metrics.
- Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) for personalized outreach and content automation.
- Conduct data mining and segmentation to identify high-potential clients in Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with the UAE marketing and sales teams for lead qualification and pipeline management.
- Analyze ROI and prepare performance dashboards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years experience in B2B digital marketing and AI-based lead generation.
- Hands-on expertise in CRM automation, email sequencing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience using AI content and data tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Copilot, etc.).
- Proven success in international B2B lead generation or service-based industries.
