About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic
SEO Associate
to join our Digital Marketing Division. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our SEO roadmap, lead a team of specialists, and drive initiatives that enhance our online visibility and search engine rankings. This role requires strong technical SEO expertise, leadership capability, and a data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complete SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and link-building professionals.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Perform regular SEO audits, monitor site health, and ensure compliance with Google Webmaster Guidelines.
• Track performance and generate detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and overall SEO performance.
• Collaborate with PPC, social media, and content teams to align overall digital marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in key SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and basic web development fundamentals.
