About the Role

We're seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and creative
Content Writer & Research Associate
to join our team at
Pingme Study Abroad
. This role involves
researching universities and programs across multiple countries
, preparing structured data (entry requirements, fees, deadlines, etc.), and
creating engaging content
for blogs, social media, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who can
research academic content
with accuracy,
write SOPs
for students applying abroad, and
contribute ideas
for brand storytelling on digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research universities, courses, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, and deadlines for different countries (Germany, Austria, Sweden, etc.).
  • Maintain and organize course information in Google Sheets and internal databases.
  • Write
    Statements of Purpose (SOPs)
    and motivational essays for students applying to universities.
  • Create blog articles, landing page content, and web copy relevant to international education.
  • Develop
    content ideas
    for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Write
    reel scripts, captions, and post content
    aligned with current trends and brand tone.
  • Design basic creatives using
    Canva
    or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for SEO-based content planning and execution.
  • Stay updated with global education trends and policy changes.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English writing and research skills.
  • Understanding of academic writing (especially SOPs or university essays).
  • Proficiency in
    Google Sheets
    ,
    Docs
    , and
    Canva
    .
  • Creative thinking for social media content and short-form storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of
    WordPress
    ,
    Elementor
    , or landing page tools is an added advantage.
  • SEO or content strategy experience is a plus.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in
