Billing Account Manager

Role & responsibilities :
- Works closely with Sales Coordinators, and Project Managers to review detailed, sometimes complex
- client contracts to ensure proper account set-up, billing and revenue recognition
- Ensures data integrity of all client information within financial system
- Establishes and maintains professional relationships with clients and act as liaison for client issues;
- escalating to appropriate team members where necessary
- Prepares and sends invoices to clients
- Responds to clients inquiries
- Work on ad-hoc tasks
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance or equivalent required
- • Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Advanced Excel skills required
- • Experience with Sage Mas500 Accounting System is a plus
- • Experience with contract billing is a plus
