We're looking for an
End-to-End Video Editor
who can bring this magic alive on screen — transforming real moments of play, laughter, and learning into cinematic stories that make parents trust us and kids fall in love with our world.

The role of a video editor here is to take raw, heartfelt footage a giggle, a touch, a sparkle in a child's eyes — and craft a polished, professional, and emotionally resonant video that aligns with
Kheelona's playful yet premium
visual language.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Video Editing:

Transform raw footage into captivating stories that highlight emotion, curiosity, and imagination. Edit short-form and long-form videos from campaign films and brand stories to social reels and product explainers ensuring every frame feels warm, magical, and human.

2. Colour Correction and Grading:

Enhance the tone and light of every shot to create the soft, dreamy warmth that defines the Kheelona world balanced whites, gentle pastels, and cinematic glow that make our toys and kids look as endearing as they feel.

3. Audio Editing:

Refine voices, music, and ambient sound to maintain emotional rhythm. Sync dialogue, background music, and playful effects to create that perfect "aha" or "aww" moment that defines our storytelling.

4. Motion Graphics and Visual Enhancements:

Add subtle text animations, doodles, or motion graphics that match our child-friendly yet minimal aesthetic. Integrate brand elements organically into the storytelling without losing emotional authenticity.

5. Collaboration:

Work hand-in-hand with our
creative, marketing, and product teams
translating briefs into heartfelt edits that convey our message clearly. Collaborate on storytelling, pacing, and visual direction to ensure consistency across every video.

6. Creative Input:

Contribute imaginative ideas — from camera framing to editing transitions — to elevate each story. Suggest creative storytelling approaches that enhance curiosity, empathy, and wonder.

7. Project Management:

Own your timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize raw media assets efficiently, and deliver polished final versions optimized for YouTube, Instagram, Meta, and brand campaigns.

8. Software Proficiency:

Be fluent in
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
. Bonus points for exploring AI-assisted tools like Runway, Descript, or Pika to accelerate workflow and experimentation.

9. Brand Consistency:

Ensure every output follows Kheelona's visual and emotional language — clean compositions, soft tones, thoughtful pacing, and storytelling that feels genuine, playful, and premium.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in
  Film Studies, Cinematography, Media Production
  , or a related field.
• Proven experience as a
  Video Editor / Motion Designer
  with a strong storytelling-driven portfolio.
• Solid experience with digital technology and post-production software (Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci).
• Demonstrable editing ability with a keen sense of timing, rhythm, and emotional continuity.
• Understanding of
  colour grading, audio design, motion graphics, and visual effects
  .
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, narrative flow, and child-centric storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative, design, and marketing teams.
• Familiarity with
  social media content formats
  (Reels, Shorts, ads, and brand films).
