We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Purchase Manager to support our procurement operations in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing high-quality goods and services, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely and efficient procurement to meet the hotels operational needs with full compliance to internal systems such as SAP. Candidate should be from Hotel Industry only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Purchase Manager in planning, sourcing, and procuring hotel supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments (e.g., Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering) for procurement requirements.
  • Ensure all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) are raised in SAP, with proper item codes, cost center allocation, and vendor details.
  • Process and track purchase orders while maintaining accurate records and documentation in SAP.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to benchmark prices and quality.
  • Resolve discrepancies in deliveries, invoices, and product quality with vendors.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and relevant statutory requirements
