Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary - 4-6 lakhs CTC

Indias leading podcast platform and agency, helping brands, creators, and

storytellers bring their audio visions to life. From concept and production to distribution and

growth, we power podcasting for some of the biggest names in the country. Were growing

fastand were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team

and help us connect with more brands and businesses ready to tell their story through podcasts.

About the Role

As an SDR youll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Youll research,

identify, and qualify prospects, helping build a healthy sales pipeline for our Account Executives.

This is a high-energy role for someone whos eager to learn, loves building connections, and

thrives in a fast-moving creative industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential clients in key industries (brands, agencies, creators,

corporates, etc.).

Build and maintain a list of qualified leads using CRM tools and online research.

Reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to spark interest in

Hubhoppers services.

Qualification & Pipeline Management

Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients needs and podcasting goals.

Qualify leads based on budget, timelines,

Schedule meetings for Account Executives with high-potential leads.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and events.

Keep accurate records of outreach activity, conversations, and lead status in the CRM.

Report weekly progress and insights to the sales team.

What Were Looking For

12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (media,

advertising, or SaaS preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may also

apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.

Organised, target-driven, and resilient in follow-ups.

Familiarity with CRM tools

Nice to Have

Interest in podcasts, media, or digital storytelling.

Experience in a startup or agency environment.

Understanding of content marketing and branded content sales.
