Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales and Head of Marketing to lead Chā Wellness' business growth and brand presence in Bangalore. This role will involve overseeing B2B sales with cafés and wellness spaces, building brand visibility through creative marketing initiatives, and managing influencer and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, capable of driving revenue while building meaningful connections that represent the Chā lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales efforts across cafés, restaurant, wellness studios, and retail partners in Bangalore.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent brand presence.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to strengthen Chā's visibility in the region.
  • Plan and manage on-ground activations, sampling events, and pop-ups in coordination with the central team.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, local creator tie-ups, and café marketing partnerships.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth supply, stock management, and product placement at partner outlets.
  • Analyze sales performance and marketing impact, providing insights and reports to leadership.
  • Represent the brand at events, festivals, and key B2B networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the F&B, beverage, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven ability to build and manage client relationships and close B2B deals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer ecosystems, and café culture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a creative, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Based in Bangalore and comfortable with local travel for partner meetings and activations.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-scaling consumer brand is a plus.
