Principal Recruiter / Leadership Recruiter (Founding Member)

We are building a new leadership search practice under
Target HR
, dedicated exclusively to hiring senior and executive talent. As a founding member, you will be the go-to person for leadership hiring—shaping the way we partner with founders, boards, and investors on their most critical talent decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with CXOs, founders, and investors to define and execute leadership search strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior leaders—constantly engaging with them beyond active mandates.
  • Present exceptional leadership talent proactively to VC/PE partners and boards, even outside specific searches.
  • Play the role of a consultant: educate founders on market realities, share ongoing insights, and partner with them in finding the
    right
    talent—rather than just pushing CVs.
  • Continuously research and map leadership movements, keeping a ready slate of profiles to pitch for upcoming mandates.
  • Unlock new business opportunities by building trusted relationships with leaders, while enabling the delivery team to drive execution.
  • Conduct market research on global and cross-border leadership roles to identify and unlock potential new searches.
  • Act as a market intelligence partner, delivering insights and trends that shape talent and business decisions.
