Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL with more than 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in microservices development, legacy modernization, and working on an onshore/offshore model. Immediate to 30-day joiners are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Play a technical lead role and provide high-level and low-level design solutions for complex applications.
  • Design and develop microservices using Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, PCF frameworks, and Java technology stack.
  • Understand business requirements, recommend transformational solutions, and implement modernization strategies.
  • Work on legacy modernization projects, providing inputs for architectural decisions and process improvements.
  • Automate code reviews and set up CI/CD pipelines for faster, high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence) for application modernization.
  • Participate in technical discussions, handle escalations, and ensure smooth coordination between customer and offshore teams.
Requirements
  • 9 years of relevant experience in Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing microservices and cloud-native applications.
  • Strong understanding of Spring Cloud, Netflix OSS, and PCF frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD setup, code review automation, and Atlassian suite.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models.
