Position Summary:
Faber Platinum Studio is seeking a dedicated and experienced Showroom In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the performance of our premium studio showrooms. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep expertise in showroom-based sales, and a customer-centric mindset. This is a key front-line role responsible for ensuring a superior customer experience and achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Management
- Drive showroom sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
- Manage customer follow-ups, inquiries, and ensure timely closure of sales.
2. Showroom Operations
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and products are well-displayed at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, request replenishments, and coordinate with inventory/logistics teams.
- Maintain records of daily sales, footfall, and customer feedback.
- Manage showroom cash transactions, billing, and POS systems.
3. Team Supervision
- Supervise and train sales executives and support staff in customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure the team adheres to showroom protocols and grooming standards.
- Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and customer metrics.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, service, and backend teams for offers, promotions, and service issues.
5. Customer Experience
- Handle escalations and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships and gather customer feedback to improve services.
- Ensure all customers leave with a positive impression of the brand and showroom.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven sales experience in a showroom/retail environment (home appliances, kitchen solutions, or luxury retail preferred)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and billing systems
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil is a plus)
- High personal integrity and customer-first attitude
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate (Commerce, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred)
- Additional certifications in retail management or sales training are an advantage
Work Environment & Availability:
- 6-day work week
- Occasional travel to nearby locations for training or coordination
