Service Advisor

As a service advisor in a two-wheeler showroom, your responsibilities typically include:
1. *Customer Interaction:* Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide assistance with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
2. *Service Scheduling:* Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of work.
3. *Service Recommendations:* Inspect vehicles, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate service and repair solutions based on manufacturer guidelines and customer requirements.
4. *Estimates and Quotations:* Provide accurate cost estimates for service and repair work, explaining the breakdown of charges and obtaining customer approval before initiating any repairs.
5. *Parts Ordering:* Identify required parts and accessories for service jobs, place orders with suppliers, and ensure timely availability of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
6. *Work Coordination:* Coordinate with technicians and other service department staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of service jobs.
7. *Customer Communication:* Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, including any delays, additional repairs, or unforeseen issues that arise during the service process.
8. *Upselling and Cross-selling:* Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, maintenance packages, or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
9. *Quality Assurance:* Conduct quality checks on completed service work to ensure that repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations.
10. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including service history, invoices, and warranty information, in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
11. *Customer Follow-up:* Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage feedback to improve service quality.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
