
Service Advisor

Customer Interaction*: Greet customers as they arrive, understand their service needs, and provide advice on maintenance or repairs. This includes explaining the service process, costs, and timelines.
2. *Job Card Preparation*: Create and maintain job cards for each service, noting down customer complaints, service requests, and specific instructions.
3. *Coordination with Technicians*: Communicate customer concerns and service requests to the technicians, ensuring that the work is carried out as per the job card.
4. *Follow-up on Service Progress*: Monitor the status of ongoing work, keep the customer updated on progress, and ensure that the service is completed within the promised time.
5. *Quality Check*: Inspect the work done on vehicles to ensure it meets the required standards before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
6. *Customer Feedback*: After service, gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
7. *Billing and Invoicing*: Prepare the final invoice, explain the charges to the customer, and handle any queries regarding the bill.
8. *Service Records Management*: Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer interactions, and any follow-up actions needed.
9. *Upselling and Cross-selling*: Suggest additional services, accessories, or products that may benefit the customer based on the condition of their vehicle.
10. *Warranty and Insurance Handling*: Manage warranty claims and coordinate with insurance companies if the service involves insurance-related work.
11. *Customer Relationship Management*: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
