Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. They will also ensure client satisfaction, manage client interactions, and resolve issues effectively. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will contribute to business development and sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in client servicing, account management, and customer support
- Knowledge of financial products, lending, and P2P platforms is preferred
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for client management
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple client accounts
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or fintech is advantageous
