Job Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional support.
  • Address client queries and concerns efficiently through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the clients and the management.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Collaborate with the Franchise Manager, Admissions Team, and other departments to resolve client issues.
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to the concerned teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Call Management:
  • Handle client calls, even on weekends if required, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
  • Provide necessary updates to clients regarding services, policies, or any other relevant information.
  • Support in Business Growth:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and recommend solutions to improve services.
  • Support the management in implementing client engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate preferred in Marketing field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in client management, tele calling, or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Basic English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with managers and departments.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and CRM software knowledge is a plus).
  • Willingness to attend calls and provide client support on weekends.
