Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance.
  • Design and implement HR policies and processes in line with business needs.
  • Address employee grievances and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Support managers in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-6years of proven experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with a people-first mindset.
