We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Manager in the IT Applications domain, specifically focusing on IT4IT applications. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience, spanning 10-15 years, in managing a diverse set of IT applications, including EDR, SIEM, ITSM tools, MDM, DLP, Monitoring and infosec tools. This role requires proven expertise in leading digital transformation projects, automation initiatives, stakeholder management, and conducting fitgap assessments within the IT domain. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: ● Provide strategic leadership in the planning, implementation, and optimization of IT applications within the IT4IT framework. ● Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve high-performance results. IT Applications Management: ● Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT applications, including EDR, SIEM, ITSM tools, MDM, DLP, and infosec tools. ● Oversee the collaboration tools like Google workspace, zoom, slack, Atlassian , Office 365 , Microsoft products etc. ● In Depth knowledge of Integrations with IT Applications ● Handon experience with Endpoint security, MFA, Password Management, Patch Management, IDAM & SSO Solutions ● Ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these applications to meet organizational goals. Digital Transformation and Automation: ● Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes.
● Good experience in RPA technologies (UI Path, Automation Anywhere etc.) to automate complete access provisioning, De-provisioning etc. ● Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to optimize operational workflows. Stakeholder Management: ● Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IT applications with organizational objectives. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Fitgap Assessment: ● Conduct comprehensive fitgap assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that align with IT4IT principles. IT Audits: ● Lead and oversee IT audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations. ● Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and continuously improve IT audit processes.
Qualifications and Skills: ● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. ● Extensive experience years) in managing a variety of IT applications, including EDR, SIEM, ITSM tools, MDM, DLP, Email Security and infosec tools. ● Proven track record of success in leading digital transformation projects within the IT domain. ● Strong understanding of fitgap analysis and ability to implement solutions to address gaps in IT processes. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. ● Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with broader business and IT4IT framework objectives. ● Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on driving results and fostering a collaborative work environment. ● ITIL V4.0 Certified
