Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate effectively within a team; strong interpersonal and

communication skills are essential.

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments
  • Install, configure, and manage MS-SQL Server, including backup

scheduling and performance tuning.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices for system and service

management across all environments.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshotroubleshoot issues to maintain

24x7x365 uptime.


• Resolve issues related to RDP, FTP, Task Scheduling, and user

access.


• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting

tools.


• Manage vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates.


• Handle application management tasks involving Python, PyCharm,

and Apache.


• Configure and manage SSL certificates and ensure secure

communications.


• Analyze logs and performance data to identify and report exceptions.


• Perform daily system monitoring, including log reviews and

verification of scheduled jobs (e.g., backups, clean-ups).


• Maintain and manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user

account provisioning.


• Implement and manage file and print services, DFS, and NTFS

permissions.
