Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for Windows servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Manage user access, security permissions, and group policies.
  • Support and troubleshoot Office 365 / Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Perform patch management, server hardening, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, hardware failures, and application errors.
  • Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain server health, logs, and alerts using monitoring tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1 team members.
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for escalated issues and new deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, WSUS.
  • Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Firewalls).
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure / AWS) preferred.
  • Relevant certifications MCSA, Microsoft Certified: are an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹219, ₹400,000.00 per year
