Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Interact with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer feedback.
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos and images, for social media platforms.
  • Utilize video and photo editing software to create compelling visual content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance.
