Senior Social Media Manager – Drig Digital

Drig Digital is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager
with
3+ years of experience
to lead our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Analyze social media performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for content design and messaging.
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to boost brand awareness.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools to keep the brand ahead.
  • Engage with followers, manage community interactions, and maintain brand voice.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns within budget.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital agency or brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in influencer collaborations and paid campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with pre-production
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and growth metrics.
