Job Summary:
In this role, the incumbent is responsible for.

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain all plant & equipment, building, furniture etc. at the highest level of availability.
  • Ensure safe working environment in the plant to make accident free plant.
  • Maintenance of Cranes, Compressors, DG Sets, Transformer
  • TPM Implementation
  • Make a preventive maintenance calendar for plant and machineries owned by Company and carry out preventive maintenance as per the calendar
  • Train the concerned workers for safe operations and maintenance of machineries (CNC, VMC)
  • To maintain an inventory of critical and important spare parts of machineries, to be used in case of breakdowns.
  • Managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets, managing maintenance budget and resources and assisting in the design and installation of new systems.
  • To develop Technical competency for Maintenance team autonomy by training and development
  • Improve the machine/line efficiency level more than 100 PERCENT by continual improvement and modifications in machines
  • Lead compliance of Safety policies and procedures, performance standards, and criteria for the company to achieve Zero Harm.
  • Ensure that contractor and vendor tasks are performed according to the corporate safety culture and routines.
