Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Electrical Engineer CNC Maintenance at Alicon Castalloy Limited, located in Pune. The Electrical Engineer CNC will be responsible for

  1. Must have knowledge of cnc, vmc and hmc mcs related to electrical maintenance.

  2. Must be familiar with Fanuc system of cnc mcs

  3. Must know Fanuc ladder diagram, could read and Edit ladder .

  4. Must know cnc mc -Fanuc Input & output parameters

  5. Must know & resolve cnc mcs-servo motors –maintenance breakdown related to power and encoder cable.

  6. Must know & resolve cnc mcs servo drives –maintenance breakdown related to drive alarms.

  7. Must know Fanuc system-All parameters, Keep relays,

  8. Must Do independent electrical maintenance work.

  9. Must have knowledge of spm mcs like Leak test,washing,fitment mcs maintenance.

day to day overseeing power distribution systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and collaborating with other engineers and technicians to ensure that CNC machinery operates smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge of Electricity and Power Systems
  • Experience in Power Distribution and maintaining distribution efficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience 3 to 5 years with CNC machinery is a plus
