Sales & Outreach Executive (Fresher)
to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and education — perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy building connections and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential students, institutions, and partners to promote Japture's programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Support lead generation, follow-up, and conversion activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align outreach strategies
  • Maintain records and prepare reports on sales and outreach activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in speaking with students, educators, and clients
  • Positive attitude, target-driven mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of CRM or lead management tools is a plus
