Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of In-House Last Mile Operations at The Sleep Company, located in Mengio. The role involves leading and managing the end-to-end last-mile logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing operational processes, managing and mentoring the in-house logistics team, ensuring service quality, and leveraging technology for operational efficiency. The role also includes working cross-functionally with other teams to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations strategy
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and technology to optimize last-mile delivery performance
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with an ability to mentor and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of customer satisfaction metrics and strategies to enhance service quality
  • Prior experience in managing large-scale in-house operations and managing cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, or a related field
