Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative operations, maintaining office systems, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Jobs and Responsibilities

1. Office Management

● Maintain office supplies and inventory.

● Ensure office equipment is functioning properly.

● Supervise housekeeping and overall cleanliness.

2. Front Desk & Communication

● Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors.

● Handle courier and mail distribution

● Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols.

3. Record Keeping & Documentation

● Maintain employee records, contracts, and company documents.

● Organize and update files (both physical and digital).

● Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.

4. Coordination & Scheduling

● Coordinate internal meetings and appointments.

● Manage calendars for senior staff or department heads.

● Arrange travel and accommodation when needed.

5. Support to HR & Finance

● Assist HR with onboarding, attendance, and leave tracking.

● Help the finance team with invoices, petty cash handling, and vendor coordination.

6. Facility & Vendor Management

● Liaise with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.

● Ensure all service contracts (electricity, internet, cleaning, etc.) are in place and up to date.

7. Compliance & Safety

● Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

● Assist in audits and inspections. 8. Miscellaneous

● Support various departments with day-to-day admin needs.

● Ensure smooth daily operations within the office environment.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience of 3-4yrs as an Administrative Officer, Admin Assistant, or similar role.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

● High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Bachelor's degree mandatory.

Additional Information:

● Working Hours: 9.30 AM – 6.30 PM, Monday to Saturday

● Salary: Open To Discussion- Based on Experience
