Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Enhance employee experience through engagement, grievance resolution, and induction programs.
  • Ensure compliance with goal-setting, performance reviews, and organizational surveys.
  • Support career development through learning initiatives and special projects.

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

  • Education: Any Graduate

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in business partnering roles
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in talent management, retention strategies, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
  • Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
