Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Assistant Design Manager to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will support the Design Manager in overseeing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and Design of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings/Structures using STAAD.Pro Connect Edition.
  • Precise Estimation of steel Quantities including sheeting etc.,
  • Preparation of Design Sketches and Design Calculations pertaining to Building Components
  • Performing of Connection Designs.
  • Checking of Approval Drawings.
  • Incumbents from PEB and Structural Steel with relevant experience in Design of Steel structures. Preference will be given for PEB Experience.
  • Hands of experience in MS office & AutoCad.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in Structural Engineering in Design.
  • 5+ years of experience in a design role, with Staad Pro.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Staad Pro, MBS, Etabs, Auto CAD.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
