Electrical Design Assistant Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, with experience in designing DC SMPS based Power Systems for telecom and Industrial requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning projects from conceptual design to completion, providing technical support to internal and external customers, and ensuring that all designs meet the required safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Plan projects for clients from conceptual design to completion.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Design and Review: Review and approve engineering drawings and design calculations.
  • Safety Standards: Ensure that all designs meet the required safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: B-Tech Electrical/Electronics degree.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in electrical design.
  • Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of electrical switchgear, cables, and bus-bar sizing, mechanical designing, wire harness, product quality and safety norms, testing of panels.

Bonus Points: Project management skills, electro-mechanical designing of electrical panels/UPS panels-ACDB/DCDB/MCC/PCC, knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes and standards.
