Assistant Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Cluster HR will support the HR function across a group of business units/locations within a designated cluster. The role involves implementing HR strategies, driving HR operations, and acting as a business partner to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and performance alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Compliance
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the cluster.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, etc.) across all locations in the cluster.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Support cluster-level recruitment by coordinating with unit heads and the central recruitment team.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and participate in selection processes.
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances; support timely resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities, HR events, and team-building initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment and culture across the cluster.
- Performance Management
Support the annual performance appraisal process across locations.
Work with line managers to address performance concerns.
Assist in implementing training and development plans for cluster employees.
- HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare and maintain HR dashboards for the cluster.
Provide periodic reports on attrition, hiring, training, and other key HR metrics.
Support audits and internal reviews as required.
