We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the [Department]. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with clients/stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of processes, and contributing to the achievement of business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily departmental activities.
  • Supervise and guide team members to achieve targets and maintain performance standards.
  • Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and clients.
  • Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, analyze data, and present insights to management.
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, team training, and performance development.

Qualifications & Experience

Pay: ₹800, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
