Job Title: Civil Engineer – Land DevelopmentOverview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer who is comfortable creating engineering plans for land development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, and a proven ability to develop design specifications and visual aids. This individual will work collaboratively with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project managers to establish and manage project timelines and design requirements. Develop detailed engineering plans, diagrams, and visual aids to support project goals. Prepare and review design specifications in accordance with industry standards and project objectives.
Execute projects based on defined criteria and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Oversee quality control processes and manage labor and subcontractors as needed. Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on site design, land development, and land use permitting for residential and commercial properties.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Strong organizational, analytical, and design skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
