Job Title: Civil Engineering and Architecture Recruitment Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional with a background in civil engineering or architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates for clients in the civil engineering / architecture domain.
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs.
- Ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
