Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist with a background in civil engineering or architecture to lead our recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and shortlist top talent for civil engineering and architecture clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in civil engineering or architecture.
- Excellent knowledge of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
